We have just bought a Howden's kitchen, which is good quality,, stylish and offers great value for money.. The kitchen design consultant, Angie, was very experienced and helped us choose a design that made best use of the space. Highly recommended.
Waited quite a while to get someone to engage with us. When they did, the staff were friendly and professional.
Alas there is not much for the public to see due to Corona restrictions.
Today, I was shown the very best customer service by the team at Howdens Norwich North store on Whiffler Road. I had a problem with my existing hob and needed a replacement urgently ahead of the weekend. I was looked after by Angie Negus from the design team, who personally drove to another branch more than an hour away to collect a suitable hob and ensure my weekend wasn’t spoiled. In normal times I would have given her a big hug as I was so grateful. In present times all I could do was say thank you. Another Company might just have said ‘Sorry we’re out of stock.’ Not this Howdens team. Thank you Angie!
