Absolute crooks, stay away from this accountant, they have not submitted 2018/19 partnership tax returns and now in Dec 2020 I am receiving £300+ penalty fines from HMRC as they forgot to do it and then blaimed another member of staff. I have tried to speak to the office who wouldn't help as no longer a client so emailed Mark the MD, no response. Definitely taking further action. I had been with them for 5 years, first 2 years good, then awful service, no response, very unprofessional, so I left them in June 2020, I have a list of errors and when approached the MD, a very rude email received back at the beginning of Covid, no assistance during this time frame and very stressful as you would think your accountant is there to help.

Have dealt with ISIS for 10+ years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and always take the time to explain things to me in a way I understand. Unfortunately Steve and his colleagues at ISIS Accountants have not provided me with the service I had originally expected; large mistakes whilst entrusted with my business affairs followed by the audacity to send me an invoice for more than double the amount I was originally quoted! This is still an ongoing matter so I would recommend being very cautious and consider looking for professional services elsewhere.

Myself and I husband set up our business in August and in all honestly couldn’t have done it without the help of this accountancy team they did everything from payroll to initial setup and dealt with all HMRC matters they are always on the end of the phone for help guidance and advice and I would highly recommend them being able to set up a monthly payment plan helps reduce or eliminate the end of year bill which for us is Very useful very friendly and helpful staff..
