Had to swap an item of clothing. Only confusion is the big arrow pointing left on the window? I thought it meant you had to go round the side of the store to get in. I suggest you put the arrow INSIDE the shop on a stand by the door as it actually indicates the way to go round the shop floor. Asides from that, item easily swapped, no hassle.

A friendly shop where we can get school items for our son. The bonus today was a fab sale of sports items from which we made several bargain purchases. Staff always helpful. Recommended.

I ordered my son's school uniforms on 04 Aug, and as of today, still no uniforms. No communication from the company on what the issue is, and when I called, they "hope" to have it before school starts. They have refunded £3.30 of the £7.50 3 day shipping I paid. That will really help when my kid doesn't have uniforms for school.
