They realigned my door about 3 years ago but it slowly became unaligned. Turns out the warranty on repairs only covers the paint and not the panel aliment and they refused to put it right without me paying again. I ended up having to go to a local Garage who saw that the latch had become loose as it was tightened properly. They were nice enought to fix it and show me how to do it for free. Hardings could learn from that place as now I will only be using that body shop. It is very disappointing that they refused to even look at putting they work right and it's and important warning to all that the warranty is only for the paint and not there work on panels. See photos below for how my door looked within 3 years of last being at Hardings.
