I've had a variety of treatments and loved every one of them. Lu and her team are welcoming, professional yet relaxed. With emphasis is on the end result and customer satisfaction, rather than a time deadline. Plus, it's always such a giggle 😁

I had left it too late to book an hair cut and style before Christmas, and so I made an appointment for January. I’d not been to this salon before so I was interested to see what it was like. It’s a really friendly and welcoming salon and the staff are friendly, and clearly enjoy their work. Lu did a fabulous job with my hair and I was very pleased with the results - I will definitely go back again in the future (possibly to try some of the other treatments they offer too).

Quarto Lounge, have been my life line in making me feel more alive. With fantastic colours and hair styles, the team every month makes me even more wonderful each time. I never know what colour or style I'm going to have they take it to the next level. I live in North West London, and travel to Wellingborough just for them every month and it's worth every penny. I suffer from traction elopicia and first bought my lace system from Lou, over 10 years ago. I hid under scarfs for years, but in meeting Lou she gave me back the confidence to be me again and embrace who I am. The full lace systems are natural, beautiful making me feel like a queen. Quattro Lounge as soon as you enter, you are a part of a family that will make u smile and give you love. If you want to feel alive and be a beautiful queen, then book your appointment today.

Just awful!! After my initial appointment with Lu I felt confident that she would give me the perfect eyebrows that I had wanted for some time. She told me about all the experience she had and I felt reassured that she would do an excellent job...however this was not the case. I ended up with brows that were different shapes and one higher than the other! I rang Lu the next day and said that I wasn't happy with them. She said that she couldn't do any work on them for a month as they were healing and suggested that I pencil them in to look more even, bearing in mind that they had cost £299 I felt that this was not going to go well. I went back just so she could look at them and all she kept saying was that they were healing. They were clearly different shapes and one higher than the other. I returned a month later for Lu to rectify the difference but they looked worse than the first time after she had finished. One was darker than the other and still different shapes but now one was rounded off and the other squared off. After much debate Lu gave me half of my money back. She offered to try to put them right but after thinking it over I declined.

I had my hair extensions done, 5 weeks ago and would like to say, how amazing the service was from coming in for a consultation to the treatment. I have nano rings and have not lost any, the hair is luxurious and I am going back in for a refit in another 6 weeks! I am so excited. Thank you so much x
