Brilliant customer service and great prices! I ordered a Moccamaster on 29 December at 11am and it arrived at my home before 11am on 30 December! Claudette's customer service in particular was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure the machine arrived so quickly.

Excellent customer service. The team were very helpful when I made an international order and ran into issues at customs. They were also very kind and prompt when answering questions related to setting the machine up. Definitely recommend.
These people love coffee!. I have just purchased a coffee roaster from these guys. Firstly the price of the roaster was good (compared to Amazon and other outlets). Secondly, they took the time and effort of include a very informative booklet, that they have produced themselves.That will enable a newbie roaster, like me , to get the best from the roaster.
