360 Play Rushden Lakes - Soft Play and Party Venue

AVOID FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES We booked our daughters 6th birthday party at 360. Once we arrived after some time we been told that we won't be allowed to blow candles and to sing happy birthday due to a new virus rules. When time came to cut the birthday cake we been told we can't do that as they just won't provide us a knife! When I asked why and what is the reason for that they again advised this is another rule which I was not advised ! I was not AWARE of any of those rules and been told on the party day, they only advised before party that will be a “slight” change - that the children will be sitting 6 per table as per new government rules(which I knew and was aware of it).Just to let you know that during all the conversation before party nobody told us we won't be allowed to cut the cake. Nobody even provided the cutlery for children to eat them meal! So after paying over 100 pound for a party we were kicked out from the 360 with all the party guests and crying and sad children!!! How disgusting to play with children hearts? I'm not even talking about how my little girl had to feel when her party was absolutely ruined!!! We ended taking the cake with us and leaving the building. Luckily a very friendly member from another caffe provided us the knife and we ended up singing, blowing the candle and cutting cake outside on the bench in the car park! (looks like that’s what I paid money for - to provide a good service). So if you are planning to celebrate your birthday party there, please think twice before you do it as you don’t want to upset your children and ruin them birthday day!

Did not let me to use toilet, even that my son were playing there, becouse im not a customer?

Wont go back there again due to some people being racist to as! Just because we are from different country! Wanted to have great day for our little girl! because she had birthday decided to go there! Now think it’s last time i ever bring my kid there!

Visited for the first time yesterday. My 4 year old loved it. The Role Play section is amazing. We had great fun in the soft play too. It's a nice size to not panic when if I lose sight of him for a second - which is great if I'm bringing my younger one too. The whole area was clean, and could see staff keeping on top of cleaning whilst we were there. Everyone seemed friendly. My only niggle- price is high when compared to other local facilities ie Riverside Hub. There is a lot more variety for different ages at Hub for a similar price point. The baby area could be greatly improved when you see how much Hub have going on. However the Role Play section here was much better so swings and roundabouts.
