Popped in for a couple of cappuccinos to take away, and left not only with delicious and well-made coffee, but also a smile! The staff were so friendly. Lovely to see a local enterprise doing so well and serving a quality product!

Its quite cute inside and social distancing follows the guidelines very well
Went in after a day of shopping for a relaxing coffee and snack but as soon as we entered the coffee shop we were immediately shouted at by a female member of staff shouting ‘queue over there’ at the top of her voice with no eye contact or welcoming manner.
The staff had no masks and the covid safe signs where not clear at all.
This made us feel uninvited and gave a very unprofessional impression which in turn made us walk straight back out.
We feel very let down by this, the staff should be given training on how to welcome a new guest and giving a good impression.
At The Lakes in Rushden, we stopped to get a drink to warm us up. Helpful staff and hot chocolate delicious. Thank you!
