Wonderful professional service, polite engineers and lovely telephone staff.i was quite worried about my 55 inch Sony pride and joy being repaired.it was in mint condition, the engineer recorded the condition on collection and then placed the TV in huge padded envelope.it was returned fully repaired and still in perfect condition.

Had these guys come out and swap over my oneconnect box when the new 8k ones became available. Engineer was brilliant. Knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was updated to latest software / firmware. Was an all round pleasant bloke as well. Thanks guys!!
