My experience at buying my first acoustic piano has been made first class all the way. Jon and Chris not only supply a wide selection of pianos to suit all abilities but have an envious level of knowledge which they are more than happy to share. They offer advice without hesitation and make the whole experience hugely enjoyable, comfortable and very informative throughout. Even in these times of Covid, the experience was a pleasure. What I liked the most was the freedom to spend as much time as needed to make the right choice of piano and they were on hand to answer any questions and advise accordingly. I’ve only been playing for 4 years and at no point did I feel that my limited knowledge was any less considered than that of a concert pianist. From start to the delivery the whole experience has been exemplary. I would 100% recommend Josef’s Pianos without hesitation. A big thumbs up!

I was more than pleased with the friendly and helpful service I received from Josef's Pianos. There is a large choice and I was kept up to date with new stock until the right piano became available. Jon and Chris listened to my requirements and gave advice accordingly. I had no idea what to look for in a piano and I trusted their advice and the quality of their workmanship 100%. I would thoroughly recommend Josef's as a trusted, family business from whom purchase a piano.

A great friendly, family run piano shop. I bought my piano from here and the service was wonderful. I visited and took along my piano books and was allowed to just sit and play at various pianos until I decided which one was right for me. Great shop and great customer service. Thank you.

I can’t speak highly enough about the kind and helpful service I have received from Chris and Jon at Josef’s pianos. It has taken me a long time and a several trips to their shop to try out many different pianos before I felt ready to make a decision. Throughout this process I have never once felt pressurised into making a purchase. Their sole aim was to help me find a piano that I loved to play and were always available to offer helpful advice based on their years of experience and technical expertise. In the end I did make my choice and I am just so thrilled with our new Petrof 131. It is such a beautiful piano both to look at and to play and gives me joy every single day. I also found their prices to be very competitive. I would thoroughly recommend choosing Josef’s pianos. You will not be disappointed!
