Why has my review been blocked? I’ve tried a number of times to post it. I really feel that I’ve been treated appallingly by my Housing Officer – she called me recently telling me that I might possibly be evicted…
This is seriously affecting my mental health.
Would give 0 stars if possible !! Takes forever to get repairs done and then they are bodged and we're back to square 1. Useless is a total understatement, they like to lie to their tennants too.
I cannot put into words how disappointed I have been not just by the housing officers, staff, and people on the phone. The whole company needs a complete rethink on communication skills and a little humanity wouldn’t go a miss.
Excellent service and has always been helpful and efficient for me, had a few repairs all dealt with in a timely manner. In my opinion Broadland go above and beyond for their tenants.
i am dissapointed very bad with broadland as they never do anything racist always when i ask to do something they never do ,i ask them today to fix my kitchen lamp as i bough new one but still doesnt work its the main broken i think and iam already waiting month ,i call them today they say i need to wait till 15th like. 2weeks more without light so crazy always like that cos we are immigrants .. crazy
