Needed a new spare key fob for my BMW 1 Series and was unable through work to get to Rhys and his team, but he made it no hassle to come to me to do the job. They are very politie thorough and know exactly what they are doing. 100% would recommend theses guys top work. Also noting was to much trouble. Thanks again

My old Peugeot 406 was stolen, along with the only key. It ended up in Norfolk Recovery. I called PT Lock and Safe, who said they could make a key for it. All sounded easy peasy. However Phil tried everything and honestly spent so much time going back to my car to try something else. After about a week of going back and forth he finally figured out a solution. He picked the ignition lock and made a key. Honestly I cannot thank him enough. My husband of 47 years was killed on his Harley, in June 2020, and my situation has been pretty terrible. But Phil really went above and beyond and helped me so much at such a trying time. THANKYOU
I really can't recommend PT Lock and Safe highly enough.
When my elderly Qashqai keys pretty much disintegrated, I figured I'd get replacements made before I was left stranded somewhere. PT were helpful, knowledgeable and superfast in getting me two new keys - and at a great price, too. Don't bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best.
