honestly shouldn’t be worth a single star. i came in about two weeks ago for the shop to be an absolute mess and some of the staff have the worst attitude i’ve ever received. i only came in for a single product for them to ask me about 10 questions on the till, even though i don’t live around this area i know that i won’t be coming in again. i went into the boots next door and got much better customer service just don’t bother

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Everyone seemed to just be pretending to stack shelves. When approaching the pharmacy counter to collect my medicine I was told all the staff are on their lunch break... at the same time and nobody would be able to help. So I have driven all the way here from work to be told I can’t be given my medicine which I need urgently, because a manager of the store was not able to organise staff sensibly and send one on lunch at a time. Absolute shambles in there!

I bought two deodorants at £1 each. Went to the counter "£5.40 please" He said. I told the man that they were £1 each and offered him a £2 coin. It took 5 minutes and three different staff members to "sort it out"
