Both Andy and Dave had excellent product knowledge and customer care. They were polite, pleasant and helpful going above and beyond their role. Their attitude and manner was wonderful to encounter and they delivered the quality of service from a high end store...not a industrial estate...well done . AMAZING !!
Load of rubbish, poor advice from staff and rip off tools that are a waste of time and money. Made the job of cutting a few tiles incredibly difficult due to poor quality stuff on offer here. Avoid
