Really helpful and professional. Great service even when busy and hot; the staff were so polite and friendly especially a guy named Andrew who took the time to answer my questions and help me like it was no trouble and with a smile on his face. Wish everywhere had such great customer service!

I prefer Toolstation.com to other catalogue based tool sellers. The staff at the kettering store are always so helpful. Stock levels are usually good and of course, ordered items are usually in next day. This store transitioned really well to cope with the new challenges, if anything, service is now even faster.

Hi I wanted to take the time to write and say Thank You so very much for such a pleasant experience going to a shop where someone actually wants to help. I understand the country is under huge stresses but your employee Andrew was just so, so helpful definitely going above and beyond. He was looking after our safety making sure that everyone was keeping to 2m distance. Its reassuring as we are all scared and knowing we are all being safely protected is so good and puts our mind at rest.
