Belongs on rip off Britton- descracefull no team work - they dont communicate - even now left waiting in a que number 15/17 never get through as phone dies before I get through - and they rarely ring - useless people apart from 1 the lovely demi only staff member that cares

My five star review of Brighthouse Wellingborough store. As a Brighthouse customer for 13 years. We have been to a lot of Brighthouse stores and the Wellingborough store is probably the best the staff are very professional and the management is second to none. Now the only downside is that this store falls behind other stores in decoration, which could put off new customers coming into the store walking into the store you would think your walking into a second hand charity shop compared to the Northampton and Kettering store which looks very trendy compared to the Wellingborough store. This is no fault of the staff who work there. It's good that they now compare prices and have a lower APR% they would up there sales if they could decorate the store and have a refit. Apart from that they are very knowledgeable about the goods they are selling, information regarding specifications of the items.
