Got these as a birthday present, ordered the wrong size and the customer service was absolutely spot on, I emailed them and they said to send the wrong size back and they would send a new pair the right size (even changed the colour for me aswell) sure enough got the new pair a few days later, also my girlfriend is very happy with the quality of the product itself.
