Not the client experience I was hoping for. I called the Chester Display Centre for some advice and was kindly offered an appointment. When I arrived no one was there, I waited for 15 minutes and then gave Westminster Stone a call. I was abruptly shot down that I didn’t have an appointment, and he was sure of this as he is the Managing Director. It transpires that I had made the appointment but it had been made for their Head Office in Shropshire. Turns out that when you call the telephone number for their Chester Display Centre you are automatically put through to Shropshire. This is absolutely fine, as long as the Sales Person asks which site you would like to make the appointment for. If they don’t, then the client is going to assume that the appointment will be at the Display Centre they originally called. I advised it might be worth making a note on their website, the reply... “with the greatest respect, the phone lines have been redirecting for the last 4 years and this hasn’t happened before”. An acknowledgement of the error on your behalf and an apology in the correct manner would have been sufficient and I would have rearranged. I wasn’t overly concerned about the mix up, mistakes happen. It was your whole attitude that really got my back up. You would of thought the Managing Director would have been able to tactfully handle a situation like this.

Thoroughly professional company. Wide product range of high quality. Despite some supplier issues with porcelain slabs the whole process from sales to delivery was impressive. Would recommend to all to consider this company.

Price, quality and service very good. Just let down by delivery price, which was too high in my opinion.
