Ordered a Bluetooth speaker and it arrived exactly on time and extremely well packed. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews because to my mind people are simply doing their jobs.
But credit where it's due - what I ordered came exactly as described. I'm extremely pleased and I'll consider these guys in the future when I'm after something electrical and don't fancy paying full belt.

I'm going to give these guys a 5* - I ordered from them on eBay but didn't get an eBay despatch email and then came across these poor reviews. I needn't have worried, next was a dpd despatch confirmation and my kettle arrived as promised, on time & efficiently delivered by DPD. TLX might not offer fluffy service, but they are selling high end goods at very competitive prices. Well done & thank you.
