Very disappointed - Ray made an appointment to call out this afternoon to give us a price for a new c.h. boiler. After waiting in for him, he failed to arrive and did not have the good manners to phone us to say he would not be coming! Not good enough!!
Ray came straight out to see me after having to have an emergency call out for a gas leak the night before. He quickly sorted the issue and was friendly and efficient. He came out the next morning too to carry out a long overdue service on my boiler. I'd give him 10 out of 10 if I could! Would definitely recommend him.
