Worst agency I worked for so far I worked with them, they treat people like robots, they don't inform you about anything important. I constatly had to fight for the money I worked for, still fighting. After this I resigned,still didn't get paid for my holidays left, didn't sent me my p45 ect. I advise anyone against working for them. They are completely disorganised, and the most unprofessional group of people that I ever worked with. It's also very hard to get in contact with them, if YOU need something, and when you finally can get in touch with them, they just want to shake you off as fast as possible, without actually helping. They might be the worst agency in the country. If you have a chance to work somewhere else and not with them don't think about it!!

If i could leave the no star I would. They have some people working at Spectrum for Arcadia in Monkspath, Shirley, Solihull who are possible some of the worse people ever. Ben and Luke Allcott are awwwwful. Went on holiday I'm December as it was something that I had booked before. Originally it was refused but spoke to Ben who gave me the go ahead. Got back from holiday on the 4th and been texting and calling to go back in and no one got back to me. I even sent a text asking if I was let go or the warehouse was quiet and still no answer. What was so upsetting was the fact that they said I had been an excellent worker who was never ever late and did overtime every single time they asked me. At least someone should have said something. Please avoid this company. It's a joke. One other thing is they tell you that no one can force you to work overtime if you have already done your full hours but they indirectly force you or make you feel you must even if you genuinely can't. Avoid

You get told your preforms must be better and lo you not hit a BSi Traget you will get a statement that you are not working fast and you get a target of 60 Bsi if you hit the traget you get more that one statement on you preforms that's when you get a text message from a supervisor to tell you you have lost your jod on low preforms the next person who can not speak English keep's there jod And get's more money than a English worker who have more to offer and the manager is never there as he is out of the office all the time and you don't get payed for the traning this Agency is not up to stander keep a way from 24.7recruitment and you don't get your tax credits back from this Agency still waiting for tax credits to come back to me and this Agency are perthetick

I have been with this agency for over 1 year at monkspath site a lot better than other agencies out there never had problems with wages polite staff especially Lucy in Wrexham head office very helpful also Alex has been a great help will recommend.
