In real need of a haircut, decided to walk in and couldn't have choose any better, if I'm honest. Had a very friendly and professional service and left very happy with the result. Will most likely repeat the experience.

So this is what it's like to have your hair cut by a professional? I didn't get her name but I can only assume it was Bex herself who cut my hair. I arrived close to closing time as a walk in, which I now know is less preferred to appointments, however, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I had to wait for around 35 minutes as there was a family in front of me but the reviews for the Groom Room made me intrigued to wait. I'm not usually one for chit-chat during a haircut but I was able to connect immediately with Bex and she was very easy to talk to. She made me aware of why she was doing what she was doing and gave me some great insight about the cutting process, she offered me great advice about caring for my beard. I'm very happy overall and will definitely be returning sooner rather than later, thanks!

Son came home with an awful haircut yesterday! He was so upset, we been to a barbers this morning to make the front straight and even it up a bit. Awful cut.
