for the last few years i have had severe pains in my back and left leg. At times it was so bad i could not walk at all. I had been to the doctors and hospital on several occasions and was told that the problem was in my spine and an operation was needed but if anything went wrong i could be left in a wheel chair. I refused the operation and kept taken the pain killers including morphine. I then went to see Richard Graham who examined me and initially gave me several exercises to do for 1 week. I then returned a week later and he gave me acupuncture and told me to continue with the exercises. That night i had the best sleep i had had for years and was just so much more relaxed during the following days. I've returned for more acupuncture and things are just getting better and better. I have even been able to start up playing walking Football again!! ( i thought all those days were finished for me) Yes i still have pain some days but nowhere near as bad and if it get to the stage were i think its going to be a problem i make another appointment for a session of acupuncture and i can continue my life relatively pain free. I can not recommend and thank Richard Graham enough for his help and the ability to get on with my life. Robert Watts

Richard is very professional and is extremely good at what he does. He masters a wide range of skills and offers great service. The fees are very reasonable, too.
