The Wellingborough Library opened this week, and I found the staff very helpful, and they suplide a very good home delivery service during the lockdown. A big thank you to all the staff.
It is a small town library they don't always have the newest books and their collection in very limited but the staff are very nice and welcoming and even though it's small you can always find one or two books to borrow. They have lots of children's activities and printing services available as well.
The Wellingborough library has now turned into a social environment where people come to make as much noise as possible. The library used to be a strict quiet environment that I used to enjoy coming to do work for gcse and A level however now I have come to do uni work and I have more distractions here than in my home, would be better to study in a baby group centre, oh wait no u can study in the Wellingborough library where baby clubs run everyday, making studying almost impossible.
The sessions they have for mums and tots are good but the lift is always broken which is annoying and is not good for disabled people or people less mobile
