Celebrated a 'lockdown' birthday with my kids by booking a caving experience. Highly recommend the experience with a superb adventure exploring underground river basin, underground waterfalls, sliding into pools and scrambling through 'puzzles'. The Instructor was fantastic, passionate about the cave network and provided immaculate safety gear kit. Full marks in every way! Thank you for an amazing, memorable Adventure. 😀👏👏👏
Had such a great day with Alfresco Adventures. Did the 6 hour SUP trip. It was incredible. Well informed . Friendly staff. Quality equipment. Great pace and accessible to all abilities.

We had the perfect family day out with John Proctor at Brinham Rocks. It was our first time rock climbing and abseiling (with 2 teenage girls) and the day could not have been more fun and exciting. We thoroughly recommend Alfresco and John.
Had a great morning in a beautiful setting. The instructor was thorough, set us up for success and then off we went.
Looking forward to next time.
Esk Ghyll scrambling was a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Lake District.
