Got me to fill out all the forms only to tell me that they dont accept unemployed tenants. They told me they did prior to doing so. Waste of time poor customer service poor communication and discriminatory conduct against unemployed.
Dont rent from these guys.
By far the best lettings agent I have used as a tenant. Excellent communication from the team, everything is done so quickly and their customer service is amazing! Zoe in particular is a huge help and I would highly recommend renting through them!

extremely impressed with Mike and his team at Norfolk property management. they offer a professional and comprehensive service. my tenant has been in situ for a number of months and I have had no issues with rent payments, he has always been paid on time and the house is immaculate. they have a vast array of Contacts which means that maintenance and repairs are carried out swiftly and to an excellent standard. I have no hesitation in recommending... and oftern do!
