I was phoning around everywhere and found that Alexander & Co were the most helpful in finding somewhere to rent. I told them what I was after and they found somewhere perfect for me. Imogen was lovely and very helpful when it came to setting things up such as bills as I had never had to do this before. All in all happy with the service.

Overall, the colaboration with the team was good, but I wish they were more responsive to my queries. There were times when I had to ask 2 or 3 times for something I needed to be done . In the end, the job was done, but in their own terms.

***THINK TWICE BEFORE USING, OR HAVING ANY INTERACTION WITH, THIS ESTATE AGENT*** There are so many other reputable, more established, Estate Agents to use in the Norwich area that provide high quality customer service. Given my experience with this company I strongly suggest to use a different Estate Agent if you want to deal with a company that is both professional and puts its customers first. Employees are rude, arrogant and derogatory. It's more than questionable how such an organisation continues to exist whilst providing such appalling customer interaction and service.
