We have recently rented a property from Prolet and have been pleased with how stress free it has been. Kim has been helpful throughout the process of paperwork and getting our keys to our new home. The house was clean when getting the keys and time had been spent making it ready for us to move in. In such difficult times that the world is facing at the moment you made renting a bigger home easy and straightforward. Thank you!

I have been with Prolet 15 years and my rented property has been maintained well...I have only ever asked for minor repairs which were dealt with., As a tenant i have also in my opinion met them halfway by decorating and odd (personal) maintainance kept the property in good condition. I am happy to do this as it's my responsibility to up keep it in a good condition. They are responsive to any request I may have. I comply with all checks they ask for and am happy and willing to allow work to be taken out without me being present as a matter of trust and course. It is two way thing.... After reading some of the truly negative and awful reviews I do not understand why.... I think some of todays students future tenants just expect everything they want just by snapping their fingers..... it doesn't work like that... being polite and enquiring or asking rather than demanding is a matter of respect. I am happy with Prolet and happy to recommend them....

I viewed a property and was given good service by the member of staff. He was open and honest in saying I would not be likely to be offered the tenancy for a short let.

During my time with Prolet I mainly dealt with Jonathan and Rochelle. Their services were always very professional and empathetic, with great consideration of personal space and privacy. They were efficient in getting my application through and despite a minor complication with my last months rent they helped me put it right.

From the perspective of a student who used Prolet to live in a shared student house. I can honestly say that I had no issues with them whatsoever. They never bothered us and we never bothered them. Everything was smooth from moving in to moving out.
