Me and my partner are renting our first home, Alex at Leaders has been extremely helpful and I cannot fault the process at all. Considering it being our first home we have found the moving process very smooth and we have Alex to thank! Any questions i had were quickly responded to and it seemed like we were genuinely taken care of. Very professional and welcoming staff at the branch also.

We have our property let by and managed by Leaders. Our property manager is Amber who has always been professional and efficient. We communicate via email which is ideal for myself. She informs us of any repairs or issues and provides us with quotations immediately and has the worked carried out for our tenants as soon as possible once we can instructed her to proceed. We of course pay for full management service with leaders and they certainly do make it very easy and stress free for us, which is exactly what we want. Rachel

During several years renting from Leaders I have found them to be by far the best estate agents I have dealt with. All issues, queries and questions have been thoroughly and promptly addressed. Communication has been problematic with other companies but I have always found phone calls and emails to be dealt with in a courteous and timely manner and crucially, where necessary, understanding. During the end of my tenancy in one of their properties the process was made easy and painless. Highly recommended.
