NAA are not only amazing pre and during tenancy, but even post! I unfortunately have not been a tenant for a year or so but they have still bent over backwards to help with references and paper work. We've been with NAA for about 18 months now and have nothing but praise for them as a managing agent. Any issues (not that there have been many) have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Their staff are friendly, fair, and responsive, and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for a rental property.

I can't say enough about the excellent service NAA provided to me as a renter. They were always responsive and professional. If there were any issues with the rental property, they were quick to respond and deal with the issue in a timely fashion. If I was ever to rent in the area in the future, I would definitely look for a property managed by NAA. I must say that my new experience with a major property management company (in another region of the UK) is a massive disappointment and does not come close to that which I enjoyed with NAA. Thank you to everyone at NAA for ensuring my rental experience was such a positive one!

I was a tenant with Norwich Accommodation Agency for about 18 months and they were brilliant! They were always quick to respond to my emails and were always friendly and professional. They were also very quick to fix and repair any issues in my flat and genuinely made the whole experience of renting smooth and effortless. As a former tenant, I'd highly recommend them. Their service is second to none.
