Excellent efficient and professional service. Very friendly and helpful staff. We went through Watson's for our survey and it was booked and completed in great time, given how busy surveyors are currently. The report came though quickly and was very clear and detailed. Will definitely recommend.

I've used Watsons surveyors on a couple of occasions (sale of a help to buy property, and purchase of another property). They respond very quickly to requests, and their turnaround time for surveys has been fantastic! Sophie Morton-Crate (as well as Suzii Farmer) has been a huge help in responding to various queries, and our surveyor Michael Kelly turned around the report so that the transaction could proceed without delay. Would highly recommend.
