We found it incredibly difficult getting hold of the agent and ended up contacting the seller directly on 2 occasions after phone calls were not returned. An offer from us was also passed on to the seller when we hadn't officially put an offer forward at that point. That said, on the occasions we did get to speak to the agent, they were incredibly nice and apologetic. Unfortunately for us though, the lack of communication made our experience with this agent stressful and therfore would be very hesitant to deal with in the future.

We were very happy with the service received from Fine & Country - Norwich. The team were excellent and between Natasha and Richard we could always find out what we needed to know. Post sale the service continued to be excellent with Philippa and Emma in the after sales team. This is the third time I have used them and would have no hesitation in recommending.
