Rang three times and emailed to arrange a viewing on a rental property. Was told on two separate occasions Tracey in the letting department would get back to me as she had already gone home, at 1pm... really? My email was also ignored. Perhaps results should consider hiring someone who is going to be available all day and not only half of it. Pleased I have decided not to rent via results as I would not be happy at all if I had any problems and they couldn’t be resolved because there was no one to handle the call. Also to add the property I wanted a viewing on has now had the let agreed but no one could be bothered to email me to let me know the property was now gone. If I was a landlord I would NOT be allowing these people to handle my property. They were not interested at all, was only asked my name and number no further questions about what I was looking for in case any of their other let’s suited my needs. Having recently helped a family member with buying a house, I’ve called many agents and every single time they are straight on it wanting all information so they can best assist you. Perhaps because we sounded young on the phone, little did they know we could fully afford to rent or buy and where interested in looking into both. Results need to do better. Lost our custom for definite!
