Great fitters even though it was a tough job we were really pleased, however the after sales service is non existent. After their inspection that found damage left from the scaffolding and a damaged window unit they seem to have disappeared. After many phone calls to the office where we get the standard " oh sorry for the problems someone will call you back " speech nothing then happens along with the sales guy who insisted that after each job he will revisit to ensure that everything went ok has also disappeared. 2 months on and if feel like now they have our money they are not interested one bit, disappointed.

We've recently moved into our house, and one of the panes of a double glazed windows supplied (2011) suddenly cracked (originating under the frame) without any warning towards the end of the 10 year Warranty. This was supplied under Debbage & Tubby (Windows) Ltd working in partnership with Anglia First Home Improvements Ltd (I guess a former name). Unfortunately because I hadn't read the Warranty I just knew our solicitors had provided I missed the line "The company must be advised of the change of ownership within one month from the date of the change", that aside though I though these may have still honoured it as goodwill. Needless to say when we come to replace all of the windows early next year this company or any associated won't be considered. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update (edit) 15th November: Separate to my other negative review a month ago about this company (about one of the 'amazing' windows where it cracked on the internal side of the double glazing)the new chapter in our recently moved into house: It rained last night...pretty such windows installs aren't supposed to leak either... I can't even be bother to call them, we'll just put a towel under there when it rains for now and replace all the windows in the house properly early next year (obviously not getting them to do it!)

Going door to door giving out leaflets during lockdown. No concern for the public or the nation. You will never get my business.

Salesman came to value up a job for 2 pvc doors, which he valued as costing 2600 (if we agreed to the advertising for them)...waffled on with a load of jargon to try and confuse us...then gave an ultimatum of either saying yes then, or saying no and risk not having them come back with the same price. Scare tactics are not appreciated , and your salesmen should be ashamed if they use that same tactic on the vulnerable and elderly. Not impressed.
