We have booked our impending holiday via the Thomson shop in heswall and as we are travelling as a large group, we've had many queries and questions - each time I've phoned, the staff have been extremely helpful. Pushy and Rude.
Avoid them !
I felt humiliated - had £3000 to put towards a holiday and was told that I was being unrealistic.
The person serving me then shouted across to each colleague in turn to see if they had any suggestions "for this man who only has £3000 to spend". There were other customers in the shop at the time too.
Can't stress how dreadful an experience this was.
If this is your only choice - stay at home!
