Good covid measures in place. Wait in the car you get called in hand gel in place and straight in to see the vet. The vet was lovely she was amazing with coco and gave her a full look over. All very safe and clean.
The vet was really lovely with my cat..most come across v business like....lots of caring time given ..just for a jab
Lovely staff and very helpful and the nurse was lovely as she made my fred feel comfortable.
We came here because our other broadway surgery didn't have an appointment so Heswall branch fitted us in quickly, we got the usual high standards and friendliness as we do from our normal surgery
