Turned up today for appointment - told it's been cancelled TODAY 'due to covid backlog' and they'll be in touch next year.

Call me cynical, but if this wasn't an NHS funded orthodontic treatment but a cash paid private treatment would it have been cancelled like this?
Poor customer service, unfortunately front of house staff and senior members of the centre have been rude and abrupt.
Parking situation is very difficult as staff take all spaces leaving nothing for clients, alternatively we are told to walk to the services and park there.
The dentists are professional and helpful, just let down by certain members of the team.
Really friendly, polite and professional staff.
The building is very clean and modern, been here twice and managed to get a parking space both times with no bother. Spaces marked with 'patients' are for the practice, be wary using other spaces as you could be fined.
