Love to give no stars. I never missed an appointment at this place. Despite them messing my teeth up drastically and more than they should have been. I was kicked off the books for not turning up to an appointment, on the same day as my children. I never had an appointment when my children went, because mine were 2 to 3 weekly when receiving treatment. My fillings needed replacing 3 times before they'd stay in. Also when I had new problems. I'd essentially be up there 2 to 3 times a month so the dentist always did my regular check up on my erratic regular visits. This practice couldn't even get my teeth out whole and easily, they had to send me to the hospital. The dentures I was given never fit. And the "implants" they never properly informed me about. They looked like normal dentures but with tiny roots. I was told the hospital would fit them, but the hospital wouldn't. It was too late on my next visit to the dentist surgery to try. My children were kicked off the books for not going to appointments we weren't told about, and then marking appointments cancelled, but were rebooked before the 24 hours notice as is their policy. This dentist has given me a fear of dentists, though I've hardly got any left for that to matter now! That practice has also changed hands many times. They changed brand 3 maybe 4 times while I was with them.

Wish I could I give the dentists 0 stars!! Cannot fault the receptionists called Amy and Leanne they are great! Had an appointment booked in with a dentist called Pilar Garcia on Monday 8th July 2019 for 10:40. I arrived on time at 10:30 and saw a friendly receptionist called Amy who informed me that Pilar was behind and therefore my appointment would be later than expected by 15 or 20 minutes. I thanked her for telling me and took a seat in the waiting room. As time passed it was almost 11:20 by the time I was called in to see this dentist. Upon my arrival at her door I received no apology for her running late and this immediately put thoughts into my head that my checkup would be rushed and that I would be in and out in a matter of seconds. I am a nervous patient and I have had several appointments with her before where she has talked at me in a rushed manner rather than to me slowly, and she is fully aware of how I am as a nervous patient. As she started to check my teeth she was talking fast at me again but in a condescending and rude tone that I did not like about how she always tells me at every visit that "I must pay £14 for an XRay examination" and said "Or if I prefer not to pay for things like that then I can not have one altogether". I felt that this was a weird and forceful conversation, one that I have never come across before. It was definitely the frst time I had been told about it. I was in the middle of having my mouth checked so did not feel able or comfortable to reply as she kept pressing further about prices of treatment. When I entered the room before I sat down, I did express my concern about the spacing on my bottom row of teeth as I have noticed recently they have spread out. She replied in a blunt manner stating that "Braces are the only way to fix it" "It will only get worse unless you have them". I was confused as to why it had to be me to notice this spacing and why she did not pick up on it on recent visits herself. I am 21 years of age and have just come out of full time education at University and am seeking to do a Masters in the future, so I am not in any fit state to pay £2,000 for braces. If she had spotted this problem earlier, for example 3 years ago, when I was 18 and still in school, I would have been able to qualify for braces but unfortunately this was not the case. I should have been made aware from the start at age 18 about possibly needing braces for my future and I gladly would have accepted the fact that I needed treatment to sort out my front bottom row of teeth. Pilar has left it way too late to tell me this. I can recall asking in the past about 3 and a half years ago when I was halfway through Sixth Form, I attended an appointment afterschool with my Dad as he had an appointment on the same day, and I questioned to Pilar over whether I could have any treatment to straighten my two bottom front row teeth as they turn inwards from the root. The answer I was told then was "Oh dont worry it will sort itself, out your teeth are still growing". This reply did not make me feel comfort at all, it was said to appease me, when really it was probably a money saving trick for the practice. To this present day those two specific teeth on my bottom row remain inwards and the spacing has only got worse. Before sitting down I politely asked if I could have the plaque removed on my bottom two teeth where the build up tends to be and what the floss is unable to reach, at the end of my checkup. I sat down and as she made her way to my upper jaw on the left hand side I felt a sharp digging pain so hard that it made me flinch. Anyone could see that I was jarred and jumped in the seat from this. The scalpel had been pushed to the location of my  top teeth at the back of my mouth where the tip of my tooth meets my gum, handled with such a force that it felt as though the middle tooth, where I experienced the most pain, was coming out. Pilar begrudgingly removed it and I braced myself for the jet and materials in my mouth she picked up on my tense manner, gave a slight laugh told me to 'Relax'

Waste of time and money!! I went there with my 6 years old daughter in pain and they were not able to do anything! Really disappointed! Please avoid that place!
