My first contact with this surgery was Robyn, one of the dental nurses. It was obvious from this first contact how professional and knowledgeable the people in this practice were. I was given a consultation with one of their dentists called Angelo. He was very knowledgable in his field and confident in his advice. I had come to Bupa pentwyn following a pretty bad experience at a previous dentists. My tooth was compromised and I had a pretty well established infection. Angelo and his team have done some considerable work on me and I have to be honest his level of preparation, experience and knowledge has resulted in me being relieved of pain , infection and he has saved my tooth. On top of this he is a brilliant communicator and took exceptional care of me as I was extremely anxious to have the very difficult root canal dealt with. Best dentist I've ever been to and would never consider going anywhere else in future. I feel very lucky to have found them. My son has since been to them. He had a different dentist but again received excellent care and treatment.

Great and quick service. This review is about Sam who provided me one of the best hygienist services in my life. The least painful appointment ever. Highly professional and dedicated person. Thank you for that! Her approach is amazing and what she does is pure magic!

I became a client at Bupa Dental Care last year, where I've had to have intensive dental treatment due to years of a dental phobia. My dentist here is so lovely and understanding, all the staff have been absolutely incredible and I'm still continuing my treatment here. They're a very hygiene orientated clinic, have friendly and bubbly staff, receptionists who are willing to help with anything and nothing is too much of a problem for them. My dental phobia is slowly decreasing, as the staff here are so welcoming and lovely that it's sort of hard to be fearful. I'd recommend Bupa Dental Care Pentwyn to anyone who was looking for a NHS / or / private dentist!
