Great selection seem well stocked during covid unlike other stores
Given the current covid situation I expected it to be chaos in JD bit it was actually ok. Staff are helpful and there wasn't much of a queue for the tills.
Service very good considering amount of people. Social distancing not good.
Good prices plenty to choose from good customer service and following government guidelines
Horrible customer service, being told to wait 6 weeks for a refund is absolutely unacceptable.
