Bought school shoes from here yesterday. A lovely lady served us who was very helpful. Measured our sons feet and although has adults sizing has slim feet. Adult men's sizes slip off his heals. Lady brought down several pairs his size. Although they were adults length some were still child's for narrow width. The lady was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely knew what she was doing. Very friendly service will definitely be going back. Adults shoes and boots also look really nice. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I don't know what happened the store used to be lovely, our experience today we will never return, rude, unhelpful and walked off after we asked for the next size up!

Bought several pairs of shoes from here for my 3 children over the years. Amazing professional service and the the best shoes very nicely fitted. The lady always remembers our kids names and what they’re up to. Can’t recommend Stompers highly enough!

never had such rudeness from staff, on saturday took my grandson to buy two pairs of shoes, went into this shop and the staff never acknowledge us so after ten min i got foot measure from the shelf to measure his feet, we persuaded him to stand on it, and the rudest women came over shouting " get him off give it to me..." she had actually left a customer she was serving to take the foot measure away from us and put it back on the shelf .my grandson was frightened and upset , it wasn't as if she needed it as there was another on the shelf, if she objected she could have just asked us politely, i am disgusted by her attitude , .we lifted him up and took him outside, two couples with children about to go in looked at us as grandson was sobbing we told them what had happened so they decided not to go in , this assistant need a serious teaching session on customer service, and we went on to buy the two pairs of shoes else where , never again will i step foot inside this shop and i will tell this tale to anybody to prevent them suffering the same embarrassment
