sold me the wrong size shoes and now I can’t return them because I wore them without knowing they were the wrong size. Just got home with huge blisters and can’t get a refund.
Excellent service from young guy in there couldn't be nicer
My boyfriend and i walked into this shop recently as I was looking to treat myself to some Adidas trainers. As we were looking round I spotted some shoes my friends may have liked so just took a picture as I was going to post on social media (advertise the shop and shoes). A lady came over to see if I needed any help to which I replied 'No thank you I'm just looking at the minute' she then rudely said 'and in future if you want to take a photo could you just ask first'. Because of her attitude we walked straight out and purchased my Adidas trainers in a different shuh shop in Chapelfield.
