Lovely store. Great layout and friendly staff. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything but staff were extremely helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I went into the Dr martens shop in Norwich yesterday with my daughter in law and a lady whom we care for who wanted a pair of doc martens, she has diabetes so has to be very careful with foot wear. Adam and another blonde young man were extremely helpful and patient with us, and made the whole experience very easy. Thank you

The staff were really friendly and very helpful at the Dr. Martens store in Norwich. The boots I wanted were not available in my size but the assistant was able to get me a similar pair to try for size and then arranged for the ones I wanted to be delivered to my home. Overall, very pleased.

The staff are very helpful and they gave me the information that I needed. Thanks to them I have the comfiest pair of docs and the rest of my pairs are almost as comfy too because of their advice! They seem to know their stuff and so I guess the shop is how you'd expect one to be.
