Ok there was a woman who was very clever at looking very busy when she wasn't doing much at all infact to the point of being rude she never approached me to see what I wanted as I was holding a pair of shoes which I needed the correct size fetching ? Upon this woman telling someone else to serve me whilst she was busy doing nothing much at all the lady fetched the lower size saying they didn't have the size I wanted now when I was little my mum and everybody else's mum went to Clark's to get their baby /toddler/teens feet measured and as I recall I was NEVER given shoes that were to small so what makes Clarks feel that that is acceptable in adult life ? It's not acceptable at all is it !
After booking online we had an appointment downstairs with Will. After a short wait in the queue outside (we did arrive 10 minuites early) we were asked to sit on our designated seats. Will introduced himself and measured the feet as we explained we were looking for leather, covered in school shoes. Will brought out some options to choose from and fitted each shoe well explaining what he's was checking for. Thank you Clarks and Will for the new school shoes. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Very nice shop good experience, about soft shoes, very friendly staff every December get good price but last time I was visit norwich city shop not much store there I hope got more store, good customer service very friendly got too much respect see soon
Went to get school shoes for my daughter and there was plenty of choice. Excellent service despite being really busy during lockdown when numbers in store were limited. Nothing was too much trouble for our fitter, and we weren't hurried or rushed.
