£10 dolly shoes for work, they are sometimes cheaper. Perfect for cheap and cheerful shoes. Boots, slippers, trainers etc No Van's or big names though

Always a great shopping experience. Lots of different styles of footwear, my size is always available on the shopfloor without having to ask staff, the prices are not high, and the shop is tidy and clean.

I ordered some trainers from this store and was told they would arrive at my address on a certain day they didn’t arrive so I went to the store to find out why. When it was checked it turned out the bloke who done the order had put the wrong address on the order so I had to wait another 48 hours. The manager of the store was rude to me and she was also rude to one of the staff while I was in the store. 48 hours later the trainers still hadn’t arrived so I had to ring customer services to find out why and had to wait for a phone call back after they had called the couriour

Always quiet from my experiance. Staff are friendly enough and plenty of selection for cheap shoe that won't last that long but at the price, it's what you'd expect.

My wife visited this store today (18/12/17) and bought a pair of slippers costing £7.99. She offered a £20 note as payment but was given change for only £10. She protested about this but the cashier checked the money which was in his till and said that the balance was correct and that she had only given him £10. This was later confirmed by the shop manager. My wife checked her purse before leaving home and knows that it contained two £20 pound notes and one £10 note. She offered the £10 note as payment for items purchased in W H Smith (and has the receipt to prove it) so on entering Shoe Zone she knows that her purse contained only two £20 notes. She is adamant that she offered £20 pounds, and if Shoe Zone are to be believed that their till balance was correct, the only explanation must be that another customer was given £10 too much change. This is not a good reflection on Shoe Zone.
