Amazing customer service and friendly staff.

When returning a faulty pair of shoes (well within 28 days), we were pressured severely to accept a store credit "as a goodwill gesture" (not sure why she used that term) to the point of telling us they wouldn't give us a refund. I had to express my dissatisfaction at my consumer rights being denied very strongly before she gave in. Very annoyed and will never return.
Extremely rude staff. Refused to accept the return of a very clearly faulty pair of shoes less than a week after purchase. Manager claimed to be a 'shoe expert', yet when pressed, did not have any professional qualifications, nor experience to match her claim.
Poor quality shoes, dreadful staff.
Extremely poor quality and would recommend avoid - leather scrapped off an expensive pair of boots my wife bought on first time wearing (just out for a meal) and they refused to do anything about it
