And they wont be back till 2:00... So I cant help you.
Oh but I can order it to your house... So rather than being able to walk 4 feet to get it, they are prepared to waste fuel environment, etc delivering to my house.
I literally cannot believe that just happened.
I don't know why I keep going back to Shoe Zone. The shoes are cheap for sure and you get a good selection in a clean and tidy store, but you do get what you pay for sadly, as everything I have ever bought from here falls apart within weeks if not days. They do sometimes stock other more premium brands so go for those if you can afford it, but I am done buying cheap shoes from here.
Very disappointed in the customer service in this place I was the only customer I wanted to get some trainers but whilst there I spotted some flat shoes that might have been good for a wedding so I was wandering around trying on several different types of shoes in all that time not once did either staff member come up and ask if I was okay or needed a hand if they had I might of actually bought more than I was aiming to! As it is I just stuck to the trainers and I'll cope with the shoes I already have for the wedding.
Reasonably priced shoe shop
Shame on you shoe zone for employing staff with a lack of customer service abilities. Yesterday the staff were lovely, but today very surly and rude when I was returning an item. It has convinced me that shopping online is the best option.
