We waited 30 minutes at the checkout today and we missed our bus and both staffs at the checkouts were talking to much, there was a blonde one she was talking about birthdays and the black haired one I could tell she’s training but atleast give her some help, the line had like 20 people there waiting and some people left so did we aswell and we didn’t buy anything because the service was bad.

I came on 18/12/2019 at 10:15am to get a Christmas present for my partner I went to speak to Carole in the shoe department and she was very polite and very passionate about customer service! Unfortunately they didn’t have what I required in store, but she took me over to the tills at 10:26 and checked for me and we ordered the product online, going that extra step in any business is very important to me, shows they enjoy their job and they care about the customer! Without a doubt the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Loved the banter too very happy with the service.
Great store for fashion items at a low price. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection as it's a big store. The only thing that always frustrates me with New Look stores I use is that items are rarely in size order! You constantly have to check through to find your size.
Easy to find on the high street. Staff were pleasant and helpful and I managed to find the everning shoes I wanted at a decent price.
