Visited to buy a Christmas present for my daughter yesterday. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My daughter ended up with 2 dresses, a pair of tights and they even threw in a little hair accessory as a freebie! All in all a great shopping experienced! Thank you!

I’ve ordered 3 items in a space of a month for my daughter’s as she needed new gears for her ballet lessons and the 3 times the deliveries were extremely quick (really great due to the current circumstances). The products are top quality and the website extremely easy to use. All of this makes it a truly reliable company for dance gear. I will definitely use this company for future purchases.

As a local, I try and support independent businesses, rather than head straight to online shops, but unfortunately I will never shop here again. To cut a long story short, I was in store and bought a pair of shoes, returned home to find the price £3/4 less online. I returned to say I would like a refund of the difference, but according to the manager, the physical shop and the online shop are "two different entities", which is why the online prices are different to in-store. This is not stated anywhere on the website and it does not say that in-store prices are higher to reflect "the trying on of shoes". Apparently the postal charge of £5 is what takes the prices up to the equivalent in-store price, but that is clearly a load of rubbish, because earlier in the year I had bought a pair of shoes and tights, but was only charged one amount of postage. I could have ordered 5 pairs of shoes and be only charged one amount of postage. And the other ridiculous rule is that online you are allowed to return and get a full refund, but in-store, you can only get an exchange. They have a tiny little sign on the till desk, which I was not made aware of when purchasing, only afterwards was this pointed out. An utter shambles of a business and from what I have seen from others, this isn't a one off!
