They have hand-wash at the entrance and ensure that there aren't too many people in the shop. The staff are always helpful and the lady serving at the till was singing a Christmas Carol which made me giggle. Always lovely staff thank you!

Great place for odd items not normally seen in other stores. Clothing usual name brands. Christmas decco very unique for that special look just for yourself.

Some of the staff members are exceptionally rude! I went to this TK Maxx Store on Newport Road on Monday, the 14th of September which was the first day people needed to start wearing masks. I didn't have one with me and I asked the girl at the door very politely if I should buy one and then come back. She was very helpful and polite and said I should not worry ad there was a box full of masks free to take for custromers and invited me into the shop. I was very impressed by this act of kindness from the store and thanked her for that. Because of the good experience I went back Saturday, the 19th of September just before 10AM but unfortunately I have been treated with a copletely different attitude. I have bought masks since but accidentally left them in my parner's car and I only noticed it when I got to TK Maxx. I went to the entrance and I politely greated the girl at the door of whom straight away very forcefully told me that I can only enter in a mask. I told her that I was sorry and I will grab one from the box. She said there was none left and insisted that I should have my own. I very politely told her what that I was there a couple days before and I have been given one. She then walked towards the box where they had had both shields and masks, gave me a mask and said it is for this occasion only. I still thanked her but she didn't say anything just starring at me. When I have left the store just 2 minuter after 10AM she was still at the door and I have tried to be polite and said goodbye to her. She was just starring at me with pure anger like I have done something terrible to her and said nothing and she was keep starring at me until I have walked out of the store. I don't usually leave feedbacks but this experience have left me feeling confused and very uncomfortable. I used to work in retail for over 5 years and we have never treated a customers like this. I appreciate that we are living in different times but | don't think that she would have been nicer to me in a different scenario either. If she can't give masks to customers there are surely more polite ways to let them know. I know I should have had mine with me but I was polite and respectful and this was an absolute unneccesary reaction from her. I'm unsure if I would ever return to this TX Maxx. I think will try the one at the city centre instead.

Great stuff. Fantastic store. Fabulous brands and a great low prices. I always find what I want here.

Just love this place, always come out with something. Such a vast range of products. Good policies in place for the current pandemic!
